The governance of Piceno Consind is oranized in that way:
- General Council:
composed by 39 representants of the bodies of Consortium. Are part of it the mayors of Municipalities and the President of Province and, for the same Province and for most populated municipalities, other components elected by the corresponding Counsils. It’s five-years term. - Management Commettee (governing body):
composed by the President, the Vice President and 3 components, elected by the General Council of the Body It’s five-years term. - Audit Committee (supervisory body):
composed by the President (elected by the Regional Council) and 2 members (elected by General Council). From March 2017 the body is replaced by the Unique Auditor, elected by the General Council.
